Ambulance Ltd have recorded a splendid eponymous debut album, incredibly melodic, it makes Keane sound like amateurs. Opening track ‘Yoga Means Union’, starts of with a slow winding guitar melody that just guides you through this instrumental, which is quite brave for a band to open an album with an instrumental song.

The album continues to be heavily based around amazing guitar melodies, which just wash over you like a refreshing wave of energy.  Ambulance Ltd would certainly be one of the top contenders for album of the year.

One of my favourite highlights of this album is ‘Stay Where You Are’ which opens with a soft melodic guitar intro, the similarities between this band and Keane are easy to hear, however if you imagine the best bits of Keane multiplied by ten, then you would have a pretty good idea of just how good Ambulance LTD are.
